If you contact us in connection with our products and services, we will process the contact details you provide, mainly via the contact form. This personal data includes your first and last name and email address.
What is the reason?
Based on the personal data you provide, we will then contact you in connection with our range of goods and services.
On what legal basis?
This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – performance of a contract or implementation of measures prior to entering into a contract at your request.
If you do not provide us with this personal data, we will not be able to communicate with you for the purpose of concluding a contract for the delivery of our goods or the provision of our services.
How long will we process personal data?
Unless we establish further cooperation, we will process your personal data for a maximum of 24 months from our last communication.
1.2. Processing of personal data in the case of a purchase
If you make a purchase from us, we will process the personal data we need from you to ensure the conclusion of a contract for the provision of our goods or services. This mainly includes billing information: name, surname, address, company and contact details.
What is the reason?
We need to process personal data in order to fulfill our obligations under the contract – delivery of goods or provision of services. We will also use your contact details to communicate with you about the status of your order, any complaints, or your questions.
We will also process personal data to fulfill our obligations arising from generally binding legal regulations (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or for handling complaints and other matters).

This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – performance of a contract – and Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR – compliance with a legal obligation.
If you do not provide us with this personal data, we will not be able to conclude a contract with you for the delivery of our goods or the provision of our services.
How long will we process personal data?
During the delivery of goods or the provision of services and then ……… from the last provision of such services or delivery of goods.
1.3. Newsletter (commercial communication)
If you have purchased goods or services from us and have not expressly refused to receive marketing communications, we will use your email address to send you our marketing communications.
On what legal basis?
This is processing based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – our legitimate interests, which are marketing communications targeted at our customers.
How long will we process personal data?
2 years from your last purchase. If you no longer wish to receive our marketing communications, you can unsubscribe at any time by email or contact us at: import@stonetra.com
II. Who has access to the data?
2.1. Your personal data will remain with us.
However, some companies or other persons work for us and have access to your personal data because they help us run our e-shop. These are:
• the operator of the Shoptet e-shop platform (Shoptet a.s., with its registered office at Dvořeckého 628/8, Břevnov, 169 00, Prague 6, Czech Republic, ID No.: 289 35 675, registered at the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, File 25395
• companies involved in the shipment of goods (DPD Slovakia, Raben SK)
• companies involved in the dispatch of payments (Slovenská sporiteľna, SHOPTET Pay, DPD Slovensko, Raben SK)
• e-mailing service provider (Shoptet a.s.)
• Accounting (ÚČTORE s.r.o.)
We process personal data only within the European Union.

You may object to processing based on legitimate interest.
If you believe that we are not handling your data correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which in our jurisdiction is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, or to take legal action.
This Privacy Policy shall become valid and effective upon its publication on the Seller's website on September 1, 2025.
